The Valley @Bentong consist of flat, gentle slopes and hilly terrains starting from 50m all the way to 240m. There are four (4) peaks in The Valley @Bentong. They are on 220-240m elevation and ranges from 20º to 40º incline. We are located on the backbone of Banjaran Titiwangsa therefore hilly terrains is part of  the characteristics in The Valley.

Yes, both Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and Pengurusan Air Pahang (PAIP) are available.  There is also two (2) years supply of FREE spring water but owner would have to carry out own connection to the existing ponds.

For TNB, the connection charges depends on the contractor you engaged. It will varies according to the location of the lot and the required power. For PAIP water, the connection charges are RM4,500.00 (RM2,500 – Meter Installation (non-refundable) & RM2,000 deposit) The supply rate for PAIP is RM1.75 per m3

Owner can apply for PAIP supply after Vacant Possession (VP). Form is available at Sales Gallery.  For TNB supply, owner can apply from TNB office, located at Kedai TNB Bentong, Jalan Sri Jaafar, 28709, Bentong, Pahang.

Yes, guardhouses are stationed on the Northern Access and Southern Access. Only vehicles with The Valley sticker are allowed access.

Owner can build own house/ hotel at the land.  As long as the total size must not exceed 20% of the land size.   But bird nest house and crematorium are not allowed.

Yes, you will need to have proper submission to local authority.
